Peverel Pressure to Collect Service Charge Arrears
Peverel are about to step up pressure on those they claim are in service charge arrears. For a reason (best known to About Peverel) their is an anxiety within Peverel to collect any arrears in a very short period of time.
If you receive a demand for payment, you must make it clear you are in dispute, but more important, you must ask if the demand for service charge payment is supported by a contract from the freeholder, authorising Peverel to collect service charges?
