Peverel's Worst Nightmare Is About To Come True!
Following the OFT report for which Peverel admitted to collusive tendering for 65 developments and the insulting offer of a £100,000 "goodwill gesture" 6 developments so far have contacted Carlex (see links) to initiate legal action to get proper compensation ie the return of money stolen from them.
A legal firm has been instructed on a "no win no fee" basis to achieve repayment.
If you are one of the 65 named developments, a court does not even have to decide if your development was affected by the collusive tendering. peverel have already admitted it to the OFT.
