This is published as a matter of record.
RB has sent a payment of £75 to Estates and Management in regard of Ground Rent. Via JB Leitch & Co Estates and Management are returning the cheque in order not to prejudice any future action to forfeit RB's lease.
About Peverel gives full permission for this public record to be used by RB in any possible action.
