Is It Now Official Policy To Ignore Residents?

There are now too many residents that have been informed by Chris Owens that either he or senior Peverel management will no longer communicate with them, to be a "one off" coincidence.

These residents have uncovered what may be loosely described as large "inconsistencies" in statements made by Peverel.

Several crucial questions which should be readibly be able to be answered are ignored.

As with the price fixing scandal, however many obstacles an increasingly desperate Peverel put in the way of finding out the truth, the truth will out.

Those that currently work for Peverel who have had an active role in this obstruction should be aware their actions have not gone without notice.

Every question asked of them and the manner in which they have responded has been well documented and will if needed at an appropriate time be brought into the public domain.

At some point in the future those currently involved such as Chris Owens for example, will probably be seeking a new position.

About Peverel believes that as long as honest information is supplied, a prospective employer should be made aware of how Chris Owens believes Customer Service should be carried out.

Unlike Chris Owens, since residents believe in communication, If Chris feels he is being treated unfairly, because he is working "under orders" he is welcome to say so.

About Peverel does not seek "revenge". We do simply do not want any other leaseholder to be treated as Peverel leaseholders have.

The logical conclusion must be that those instrumental to the operations of Peverel (not the low paid and overworked admin staff) should never work in property management ever again in order to protect future leaseholders and to protect any decent property management company that will have their reputation sullied by any such appointment.
