Peverel Searches For Leases
It has come to the attention of About Peverel that searches are being made at the Land Registry by Peverel to determine who holds the leaes for the developments they manage.
Being as short of cash as they are, it may only be £14, but they may try to pass on the Land Registry search charges to residents. Don't pay it!
