Morrison Facilities Services Accused
During the course of an employment tribunal, Morrison Facilities Services (now part of the Mears Group) were accused of overcharging or invoicing for work that had never been done on a regular basis.
Morrison Facility Services worked mainly in the local authority sector, so possibly found it easier to carry out this process as controls may have been less stringent than they should have been.
At the time of the alleged fraudulant activity, a Mr Nigel Howell was the Finance Director of Morrison Facilities Services.
About Peverel wish to make it clear that Mr Nigel Howell no longer works for Morrison Facilities Services.
He is now employed as the Head of Group Finance for the PEVEREL Group of companies.
