The Right To See Invoices And Statements

A leaseholder has the right to inspect all statements and invoices relating to the property that they have a leasehold interest in.

That right is enshrined in law.

Should Peverel refuse to comply with the law, the leaseholder can approach their local council, who have the power to enforce the law and issue Peverel with a fine if they fail to comply.

Leaseholders should mention Section 25 Leasehold and Tenant Act 1985, when making a complaint.
