Would You Manage This Development?
About Peverel often receives information direct from Peverel (even if Peverel doesn't want us to receive it)
We know of a development which the previous managing agents simply walked away. Very few residents had paid service charges, the managing agents were too scared to even visit the development, Police would only enter the development with support. In short it was the worst kind of "sink estate" that should have been demolished.
Peverel bid for the management contract. Says it all really!
