Still No Mediation!
Despite the insistance of Janet Entwistle, that Peverel would prefer to use mediation to resolve disputes, she is steadfast in her refusal to use mediation to resolve the price fixing repayment scandal.
Since the price fixing has been both proved and admitted to, there is no need for a mediator to give a ruling on anything but the amount of compensation. This is the most ideal circumstance for mediation.
If Peverel refuse mediation on this matter, what other circumstances would they refuse mediation on?
