In a move that will astound even experienced Peverel watchers, in a letter to three MP's Janet Entwistle has refused to either counternance an increase in the amount of the "goodwill payments" offered to the thus far identified victims of Peverel price fixing. or agree to mediaton.
Even though Miss Entwistle has championed the case for mediation in preference to costly legal action that she hoped to avoid, she has refused the offer to go to mediation.
By doing this, Miss Entwistle is stirring up a great deal of trouble, which probably explains their recent attempted appointments .
She has demonstrated to MP's Canpaigning Groups and residents, that her words are meaningless.
She must be aware that further action will be taken on this matter.
It is worth remembering that at a time Peverel are offering a derisory amount for their price fixing( thought to be around £100,000, they still managed to give Electra £6,000,000.
