Oh! To Have Charter Quay's Problems!
After one of the most magnificent battles ever fought for leaseholders, resulting in Charter Quay ridding themselves of both managing agent and freeholder, it appears that under the new regime a new problem has emerged. The Christmas Tree is Too Big!
I am sure the residents will be able cope with that. It must be comforting to know, that since taking over their own affairs, it has been estimated that property values at Charter Quay have out performed similar properties by around 10%.
