Urgent Weather Warning For Shropshire

This is an urgent weather warning for those residents that live in the beautiful county of Shropshire.

They do say Lightening can't strike twice. Actually it can, especially if you live in Shropshire if Peverel are to be believed. According to Peverel statements, one development was struck by lightening in both June and July. How unlucky was that?

Worse, replacement parts were in short supply owing to storm damage at other developments.

Luckily for the residents, realising the difficulties of not having a working alarm system, Peverel suspended normal rules and pursuaded Cirrus to install a new system.

This was paid for from an insurance claim less (5% of the total)

So that is good isn't it? Sadly NO! This is Peverel after all!

It appears that shortly before the lightening strike, Peverel informed residents that the alarm system was obselete. This was during the Price Fixing period and the development was around the 20 year mark, which as we have now found out made it ripe to be targeted.

What concerns About Peverel is this:

Assume that Peverel were correct and a 20 year old system is obselete and needs replacing. That being the case would an insurance company pay 95% of a repair bill for a system that was obselete and needed repairing. After all this was the very statement issued by Peverel who then claimed to replace the system.

About Peverel will in due course pass this information on to the insurance company concerned for further investigation.

Of course it may well be that Peverel made a perfectly genuine claim.

But for that to be the case, they would have had to deceive the residents about the true state of the alarm system. Which one is it Peverel?
