About Peverel has discovered that a Property Manager based in the South East failed to visit a development for SEVENTEEN WEEKS!
Even then, his visit was because of an emergency caused by the November storms, when a roof was damaged by a fallen tree. Otherwise it is not known when he would have next inspected the development.
The property manager in question had declined to provide information regarding the dates of his visits, despite several requests to do so. The resident is appreciative of the actions of Paul Lestor,who had to intevene on this matter.
We are also given to undestand the development was due for decorations during 2013, but these have been put back to 2014. No explanation of the delay has been offered.
