"Are You Talking To Me?"
Evidence has reached About Peverel, that the person you think you are communicating with is not always the person you think it is.
You might email and receive a reply from the named person on the email, but it is becoming more common to receive a reply from a completely different(and usually junior) person, who will not sign the reply "PP" or on behalf of, but sign it as though the actual person.
If subsequent answers are contrary or confused and Peverel appear not to know what they are talking about, one reason has to be that they genuinley don't know what they are talking about, especially if a question relates to an email that the person you thought was replying didn't reply.
