Firstport Tactic To Prevent Appointment of New Manager!

Credit where it is due this is a novel idea even by Firstport's standards?

Suppose residents wish to rid themselves of Firstport as their managing agent?          Traditionally Firstport would find a way of bad mouthing residents who were for a change or they would warn residents that it would be a disaster to change to another managing agent. They would acknowledge that in the past they got things wrong, but that they are under new management and to show how supportive of residents they are they have found ways of reducing management fees?

To effect any change residents need to hold meetings and they hold those meetings in resident lounges.

However, Firstport have now found an inventive way of discouraging those meetings?

They simply switched the electricity off that supplied the residents lounge!

When your new investor wants 10% pewer anum interest back on their investment  it comes as no surprise they will do anything to keep a development under their management?

Good try Mr Howell? About Firstport appreciate a bit of initiative. it didn't work though?  The newly appointed managing agent starts shortly!
