About Firstport are getting increasingly concerned that leaseholders who have put their properties on the market on developments managed by Firstport are seeing sales fall through due to Firstport failing to supply the sales pack in a timely fashion despite charging rip off prices to issue them?
When applying for a sales pack mark all documentation "Time of essence. Must be returned within 21 days of date of postmark You will be held financially responsible for all losses consequent to your failure to comply"
Send that off when you returned the sales pack request but also copy in Nigel Howell CEO Firstport nigel.howell@firstport.co.uk

Please be advised I have sent a request for a sales pack on xxx. It is marked time of essence must be returned within 21 days of postmark. You will be held financially responsible for all losses consequent to your failure to comply"
I am sure as CEO you will intervene to ensure my request will be expedited.
