We know the pressure area manager's are being put under to retain developments that are seeking Right to Manage to escape Firstport.
We know that having learned of the threat of losing a development and thereby losing income that the venture capitalist owners of Firstport wish to extract from them, the area manager wiil insist on holding a residents meeting in order to persuade residents that going Right to Manage is not easy, many have regretted it and that though Firstport may have had its issues in the past they are a different company now with new management. If the meeting is not going well, he can offer as a goodwill gesture to reduce management fees. What he cannot do is to tell residents a lie, knowing that it is a lie.

So, Mr Area Manager, it is a lie to tell residents that if they go RTM the house manager will be sacked. By law the house manager's job is transferred by TUPE legislation.
And Mr Area Manager since you seek to cause a gain by telling such a lie, that comes under Fraud by Misrepresentation legislation, for which you can go to prison. Residents should ignore the pleadings of either Firstport or E&M representatives.
