To nominate a Firstport colleague, please ensure your nomination meets the following criteria:
Your nomination should be applicable to one of our core values.
Friendly/Inventive/Respectful/Skilled/Trustworthy
It has to be about something that makes people go "WOW!" because it is an example of great customer service.
Your nomination needs to be about something that happened recently (within 6 months)
It must be about a genuine customer service experience-something that has happened personally and which has impressed you.
