Manor Farm Application Appeal Dismissed
Developers appealed Daventry District Council's full refusal of application DA/2017/0195 for 3 dwellings at Manor Farm last November.
Despite this, The Planning Inspectorate has dismissed this appeal thus supporting the original refusal.
This decision does not, of course, affect the decision to allow building on the old bowling green and paddock area with access from Stanford Road.
