Standing Room Only at Cold Ashby Parish Assembly!
The opposition to proposed parking restrictions in Cold Ashby’s Main Street caused a massive increase in public attendance and participation since last year’s meeting.
The Rambler believes that close to 40 people were present on Wednesday (15th May) compared to 11 in 2012.
Fortunately, common sense prevailed and the proposal (for double yellow lines) was unanimously rejected by those entitled to vote.
We await further developments at the next Parish Council Meeting in June.
