26 January 2015Construction of Winwick Wind Farm Imminent
Windfarm Update
The Rambler has it on good authority that the construction of the six turbine wind farm at Winwick will soon begin.
When the weather and condition of the paths in the area improves he will be observing the progress of this unwanted and unnecessary development and its impact on our rural environment.
It is no exaggeration to say that the turbines are gradually closing in on our parish.
Application has now been made for a single 77 M high turbine at the end of Bridle Lane.
It would be naïve to expect this to be the last!
