Born 24th January 2012 LEROY is our French import boy, a son of the magnificent Byron, and brings some interesting new blood to our Beardie lines. 

He has an excellent pedigree and is sound, healthy and of calm biddable nature, a very laid-back and friendly lad.  Leroy is also a proven stud dog, siring both slate and brown puppies

A glimpse of his future potential....

On his last day in France, Leroy won Best Baby Puppy at the French National Show, with his litter sister Gaby taking the Best Opposite Sex

First day in England, with his dad Byron for moral support....

His first Championship show, and after a battle with travel sickness he took a Crufts-qualifying second in his class.  Since then he has made steady progress with his showing - though he isn't greatly enthusiatic, being a lazy sort of chap!!

LEROY is normally handled in the ring by Laura, here winning Junior Dog at Border Union Ch show.....

At the Bearded Collie Club of Scotland, where he won all his classes and Reserve Best Dog in Show.....

And at Crufts 2013.....

....where he decided to put his best foot forward....

....to win his class!

If he was a bit keener on the show ring we know LEROY could do well, but in the meantime he has sampled herding, also a bit too energetic for him....

He's such a softie!
