Sadly, the below merger has not developed as both parties attempted to join the Democratic Alliance that simply developed into 2 certain parties thinking they had suddenly recruited another few thousand members to their ranks, and therefore the alliance fell apart very quickly.

Egos are the most annoying things sometimes aren't they !!

UK First have since sadly called it a day and we would welcome any of their members to the PA with open arms.

POPULAR ALLIANCE AND THE UK FIRST PARTY

Two parties from very similar backgrounds
Two parties formed for very similar reasons
Two parties with very similar goals
We agree that the main three parties in UK politics offer very similar policies and that all three are controlled by the European Union. Two of them embrace that control, whilst the Conservatives do not give clear signals either way.
Both of our parties understand that whilst having the EU situation as a focus point in the short term, a single issue approach is not a basis for governing a country and therefore numerous complimentary, common sense policies are required if we are to offer some form of alternative hope for the UK.
Newer, smaller parties with similar aims need to work together and embrace various single issue groups, to form a coalition of respect and common sense – exactly what the people and media of this country constantly call out for, but so far have done little to search out and support. Let us provide that reason.
Certainly the first step for the UK to progress is as a nation free of European Union control. This does not mean that we cannot be friends, allies and trading partners of our European neighbours and it does not mean that some form of trading agreement between our nations is not a good idea, providing it remains as such.
We need to promote a United Kingdom :-
  • Where we can be more self-reliant regarding our power and food supplies
  • Where our historic culture, values and laws can be enacted and respected and where our children can be proud of them
  • That is quick to embrace technology and not see so many of our ideas forced to grow overseas, benefitting other economies before our own
  • A country with a small, focused and honest government, not finding endless reasons to bloat the public sector at the expense of private enterprise and the beyond capabilities of the public purse. A government where the whip does not over-rule the morals of the MPs, and what is expected of them by those who voted them into office
Let us work together in respect and wisdom to achieve those goals
