1. What do I want to improve?
I would like to improve my skills of giving feedback and reflection on the students’ learning.
2. Why do I feel that something could be improved in what I am doing?
Teacher’s reflection is very important to help the students to know their ability and the ways to improve their learning and their self-reflection. When I was an undergraduate student, I had good opportunities to learn with a good teacher. She showed me how to be a good teacher and a good reflector. She gave feedbacks on my works all the times. Her feedbacks helped me to know myself and encouraged me to develop my works. She gave her opinions and suggestions about my learning in many ways through my reflective journal, my works and discussions. Moreover, my teacher introduced me how to write reflective journal. Keeping journal helped me to know myself and reflect on what I had learned from teacher. Up to this point, I felt teacher’s reflection help me a lot in constructing my knowledge.
3. What could I do that might improve what I am doing?
Using many strategies to reflect on student s’ learning.
