How many councillors are there in Neath Port Talbot ?

The answer, in case you did not know is sixty-four.   It therefore seems rather ironical (if that's the right word) that a book has been mentioned on the Internet called: "64 Shades of Weeds." 

It's mentioned during the weed growing season, the time of year when weeds are very evident in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot where weed treatment on pavements and side walks leaves much to be desired due to financial cutbacks.

Is there a link between the book and the council?  That is for the reader to decide.
