It is likely that a group of shareholders in the new Post Office company will raise the matter of the Royal Mail having no mail collection boxes in locations where it matters most at the first shareholders meeting.   They will set to highlight the need for a caring company - one that looks after its customers, and not just its shareholders.    This is because they realise that it is the customers (the general public) who are responsible for creating profits from which dividends are are paid to them, the shareholders.
