Dr Julie Wardrop Ph.D. D.Hyp.

Julie is a professional hypnotherapist and trainer. She operates Hypnotherapy Scotland, a succesful practice and training school in Dundee and around Scotland.  Julie trained for her Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with the Tara School of Hypnotherapy in Liverpool and continues to develop her skills through ongoing supervision and training.

She is the Director of learning at Hypnotherapy Scotland and has trained therapists, nurses and care workers to become professional practitioners of clinical hypnotherapy.  The 2016 training course commences this September and there is an intensive residential retreat in May 2017 at the Burn.

Julie is currently training to be an accredited mindfulness teacher, attending teacher training courses in MBSR and MBCT-Ca at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at the University of Bangor in Wales. She is currently completing a mindfulness teaching qualification with the European Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches in Dublin.

Julie also practices dream therapy, relaxation therapy and holds a COSCA certificate in counselling skills from the University of Abertay.
