Cheque Signing
PB has been to the bank and collected form to enable him to be a signatory on the Club bank account
Nat West Cricket Force
Our event will take place over the weekend of the 27th/28th April. All to let SB know of their availability over that weekend. DF has opened our account with Jewsons and is awaiting further information from them
Nets
These have been booked for the 4th, 11th and 18th April at 8.00pm. DF to try to arrange the 25th as well. It was agreed to charge £3.00 for adults and £1 for under 18’s
CRB Forms
As StefL wasn’t at the meeting, this item deferred for next meeting
Race Night
PD reported that he was struggling on prizes at the moment – DF, PB and SB all agreed to try to get more prizes from various sources. Start time will be 7.00pm with first race at 7.15pm. All equipment is in place and names of horses need to be in to PD by 16th March
