This was a new venue for the Club, a good hall with a lovely grass area just outside, and in a very quiet area (opposite sheltered housing).   Easy to get to, good parking and a very helpful hallkeeper.   Our entry for Judge, Carole Wood (Marada) was not huge but she was pleased to have some lovely, quality hounds to go over.   It was a very relaxed and happy show with a lot of visitors and lots of chat, of course!   Everyone seemed to enjoy their day out, which was extremely hot and sunny...yes, in Scotland, in March.   Best Bitch and BIS was Gibson’s home bred Badina Royal Flush, Best Dog and RBIS was Mitchell’s home bred Rakefoot Captain Jack,   Best Veteran was Mitchell’s Rakefoot Milky Way.   Disappointingly, no Puppies turned up, on the day.  Best Bitch resident in Scotland was the BIS winner and Res Best Dog and Best Dog resident in Scotland was Gibson’s home bred Badina Aces High, litter brother to the BIS.   Res Best Bitch was Ledward’s Drawdell Lady de Winter.
