Please note that the typing is quite faint, and the OCR program has some difficulty in transcribing the text.  I am posting the output from that program, as one can usually make out what is meant.  When I have finished that, I shall then go through the text again, comparing it with the original scans, and correcting where necessary; but that probably won't happen for quite a while.  In the meantime, if you want clarification, just ask !
