Twenty four members met at the weekend at the Best Western Ashby. A very enjoyable weekend was had by all.Saturday most visited the nearby National Arboretum to see the reworked Apprentice Grove.
This followed with a dinner in the evening at the hotel when respects were paid to former members. A special cake(photo) had been brought for the special occation of the 60th Anniversary of the Entry. the evening included a quiz and a raffle.
After breakfast this morning members met for the AGM and preparations will now be made for the 2013 reunion. Members wishing to attend should use feedback for details.
Many thanks to the staff at the Best Western for the excellent and friendly service that they provided, it really made the difference.
