Not many of us are lucky enough to be able to eat what we want without having a inch to pinch after the Christmas food and partying. So now is the diet time. Whether it is a diet class you decide to go to, or just decide to cut down your own way, it all makes a difference.
Our five a day is great for a variety of stews and roasted vegetables. Jacket potatoes can be filled with a variety of tasy foods. Some of my favorites are curry, curried beans, low fat cheese and pineapple, and chopped eggs and salad cream or mayonnaise.
Weight Watchers do some lovely desserts and cakes all individually wrapped. So there is need to feel like you are missing out on the sweet things.
