Our arrangements in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

Message from Fr Alessandro (24 March):

"With sadness we announce that all churches will be closed until further notice. This is in line with the government’s announcement this evening. We understand the pain this will cause to all those who have found solace in moments of private prayer."

(Message from Facebook Page of RC Diocese of Northampton 23/03/2020)

Dear parishioner family,

After this latest update that follows the guidelines of the Government of our country, the risk is that we will feel deeply abandoned... Especially as the doors of our places of prayer, where we went to seek peace and consolation in the last days, have also been shut.  But it is not so: only the buildings have been closed; we are living Churches and as far we keep remain hope through the prayer at home, keeping the hope alive and trusting in the Lord... Churches will never close. The Lord promised his disciples that he would never leave them alone: in every situation of life he would be close to them by sending the Comforter Spirit who would help, support and comfort them.

We will increase our live streaming daily and I will celebrate the Eucharist for each one of you everyday. Very soon we will update websites and Facebook pages so you can see what is happen every day!

We are family: we will never be alone.

Blessing

In fiducia cordis,
Fr Alessandro Renò
