You are sure of a warm welcome at St.Annes and Arbour Guest Houses. Both Victorian Houses are situated side by side in Dunollie Road, with Paparazzi Cafe Bar Restaurant and O'Donnell's Irish Pub backing on to the Guest Houses and facing Breadalbane Street. Paparazzi is a brand new venue for Oban, with ultra chic decor inspired by film and photography. Unique images of celebrities, both iconic and modern, are displayed on the walls. The menu is classic with a fresh modern twist, inspired by locally sourced produce. Guests staying at Victorian Villas are offered a special discount on Bar Meals and Dinners.

All Guests are given a voucher for a complementary drink in O'Donnell's, Oban's most popular nightspot.

St Anne's is a Victorian town house built at the end of the 19th century. It has served as a guest house for many years, mainly under the ownership of the same family over three generations. From 2008 it will be under new ownership but still locally owned, so that the same standards of service will continue.

Many of Oban's local amenities are close by and within easy walking distance including leisure centre, tennis courts, McCaigs tower, the cinema and town centre. We are also conveniently situated for buses, trains and ferries.

Parking is available in a pay and display car park at the end of the road which is free between 6pm and 9am.

We aim to provide a good standard of comfortable accommodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere and send you on your way rested and well fed. Families are most welcome and we can provide folding beds, guest beds or a cot to accommodate the whole family.

Above prices are for room -only. Many of our customers leave early in the morning for ferries to the islands so dont want breakfast. We offer the option of room-only, or with our continental buffet breakfast for £7.00 with a selection of Toast, Muffins, Croissants, Fresh Fruit, Cereal, Juices, jams, marmalade, Tea and Coffee.We also offer a Full Scottish Breakfast for £9.50. Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 10.00 am. in our St Annes dining room.
