BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Bookings can must be confirmed within 7 days of enquiry and can be secured with a 20% deposit.
Remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date and bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival to be paid in full on booking.
CANCELLATION
Written confirmation of cancellation must be given within 5 days.
A full refund will be given in the event of cancellation if the property is able to be re-let.
A refund, minus deposit is paid if cancellation is 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
No refund is given in the event of ferry/plane disruption due to adverse weather or technical difficulties.
CONDITIONS OF LET
The period of the let shall be from 4pm on the day of arrival and 10am on the day of departure.
No more than the stated number may stay at the property.
Vehicles and their contents are left at their owners risk.
The proprietors will not be held responsible for any loss or damage or any injury to persons not caused through the fault of the proprietor.
Property left in an unacceptable manner may result in an additional cleaning charge.
The hirer should conduct themselves in such a manner as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to neighbouring properties.
We reserve the right to remove person/persons from the property due to unreasonable behaviour, damge or exceeding the stated number.
There is a strict non-smoking policy within the apartment.
