Statutory Rights
All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights.

The Contract
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Ochre Finishing Technologies Ltd. 17 The Square,Cawsand Torpoint, Cornwall, PL10 1PF (the supplier)

A contract does not exist between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received your order (which will be acknowledged by email) and the Supplier has received payment in full, Once payment has been received by the Supplier, there is a binding legal contract between us which will be subject to these terms and conditions.

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).

Returns & Refunds
The Supplier has a 7 day money back guarantee. Goods must be returned to the Supplier within seven days of purchase and we will refund your money or exchange the product. All returns for credit or refund must have prior approval from Ochre Finishing Technologies LTD and any items received without approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost. All returns are at the senders own costs.

We will not refund or exchange any item that has been opened, used or tampered with.

For Trimalco cutters and trimmers,a 15% handling fee plus reasonable cost to recondition and re-pack will be charged.

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 state that you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of the day after delivery. Goods must be returned at your expense, unopened and in a resalable condition. Please contact our customer services on 07824995901 if you wish to cancel your order.

We aim to process all refunds after receipt of returned goods within 7/10 days.

Faulty Goods
We will replace any goods that prove to be faulty. We must be notified of any fault within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning faulty goods together with a description of the fault. If we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for examination before we are able to supply a replacement. Costs incurred for returning the goods lies with the customer and we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and signed for. We therefore strongly advise you to use a recorded and insured method of carriage.

Guarantees
All consumables and equipement supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. For further information please contact us on 07824995901.

Delivery
Where possible all deliveries are made by next day service to Great Britain,Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland providing the order has been placed by 4.00 pm the previous day, any discrepancies in delivery must be notified by telephone ( 07824995901 ) within three days of the delivery date. For bulk items such as large format cutters, a 3 day service is provided.

Ochre Finishing Technologies Ltd agrees to supply and you agree to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions, which shall supersede any terms and conditions on any purchase order or document that you submit to Ochre Finishing Technologies Ltd These terms and conditions supersede and take precedence over any previous terms and conditions.

Limited Liability
Ochre Finishing Technologies Ltd shall not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or losses however caused.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
