Sometimes advice over the phone can mean you save on a callout charge, see below received from a customer after a phone call early sunday morning;

 The kettle boiler unit would seem to be the cause. Now safely unplugged.

We have even found the old kettle.

 We now have fridges/freezer back which was the most important bit.

 Sorry to disturb, I have been educated. Thank you for your help.
