Based in the conservation village of Cromarty, we work within a large geographical area, anywhere throughout Inverness-shire and Ross-shire.
 Before... An exisiting croft in a beautiful location, the plan was to underpinn extensively and add extensions to both ends of the building. |  Complicated gradiants and stabilisation of the initial underpinning were challanges, but once complete the scale of the build is clear. | |  Before... This ‘B’ Listed house stood derelict since the interior and roof were destroyed by fire in the early 1980s. Over the years the exposed stone structure deteriorated very badly and the house was included on the “Buildings at Risk” register in June 1990. |  After... The shell of the building was transformed into a modern house with all it's home comforts, while still retaining it's original character. The results can be well worth the effort. | |  We also carry out repair work. This building required re-roofing, new sand stone masonary and traditional lime pointing. The ornate facade was restored and replaced. |  We can undertake the full contract, right down to cleaning it before you move in. | | | | | | | | | | |
