Complaints Policy

In accord with our values we strive to give as professional a service as we can possibly manage at all times, however it is possible that sometimes we will make a mistake and we will always try to rectify these along with our clients in a manner that builds bridges as opposed to chasms.We do however take all complaints seriously and will do our best to resolve these in a friendly and cordial manner. 

If you feel that our service has not been to your expectations then in the first instance please contact your client manager or if that does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction then you should write as follows:

In the event that this still does not resolve matters to your satisfaction then we are proud members of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Scotland and accordingly we accede to their complaint policy which is detailed here.
