Respecting others
After 11pm we insist that noise level is kept to a minimum so as not to disturb others in building.
Cleaning
The apartment should be left in a generally clean and tidy condition.
Pets
We regret that we do not have the facility to accommodate pets.
Smoking
We do not allow smoking inside the apartment, however there is a rear garden area and there is an area at the main doorway available should you wish to smoke.
Late Arrivals
Just keep us informed of your rough arrival time so we can be there to meet you or arrange a key for you.
Car Parking
There is free on-street parking on Marine Parade outside your apartment.
Payment Policy
Deposits are 20% of the booking value with the balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should you be booking within 28 days of the date of your stay then payment should be made in full for your stay. Payment can be in sterling, cheque or by PayPal.
Utilities
Wi-fi, electricity & gas is inclusive in the rental fee.
Personal belongings
Although the property is secure and in a very safe area, you should take out holiday insurance as we can not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles.
Cancellation Policy
Our reciept of your deposit guarantees your reservation. In turn you are financially responsible for the entire reservation. Should you need to cancel, we will refund your full deposit and any other payment made if notified at least 28 days prior to arrival. If you are unable to give us 28 days notice, we will make every effort to book your space to another party and if we are successful, only then will you receive a refund of your payment.
