Today 20 May 2007 we , the board of Management of the Foundation, have had a "brainstorming session" on the illusion that some highly educated Dutch- Moroccan can have: being offered a position in a good organisation at the end of the University curriculum. We have also tried to find reasons why this top layer of the Dutch-Moroccan community cannot soar as others at the same level of capacity may do. This first session was on inside-inside insight. Conclusions: There is a need to develop competencies to develop ambition and to manage cultural clashes and environment to bring them to realisation. How? A public “debate” with highly educated Dutch- Moroccan is the most appropriate at first instance to have more involvement and to open the discussion about the subject confined at the moment to statistical studies.
