In our series of Workshop on personal development and talent development, we have had our second workshop on Monday 30 October 2006. Core: discover our current Blueprint: who am I? How to read others? This workshop gives us tools on how to get insight in our own behaviour and that of others. Ed (Voorhaar, Kiwanis) addressed personality scan using the DISC method (D: Dominance, I: Influence, S: steadiness, C: Conscientiousness) and links with Identity, belief and values, capabilities, behaviour and environment. We did our proper personality analysis using forms that Ed has kindly provided. We know now if we are dominantly a D, an I, an S or a C. This may help us to understand and probably predict the behaviour of others anytime, any place. Ed was great again. The next session (3/4) is planned for 27 November 2006 at TU/e 17h30-21h30
