Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if arrival date is 14 days away

50% Refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival

No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days

Please note that only self-contained units (ie onboard toilet facilities) are permitted on the site.  Toilet tents are not permitted.
