Cockenzie and Port Seton Community Council

Our main purpose is to ascertain, co-ordinate and express views to the local authority in relation to matters that the local council are responsible for.

Community Council Meetings

First Tuesday of every month at 645pm at Port Seton Community Centre. (2nd Tuesday in January if the centre is closed, No meeting in July)

All of our meetings are open to the public.

We have a discussion of topics that come from East Lothian Council or local groups or members of our community. This also includes any future planning of new houses or changes to existing properties within the local area.

Also present will be a local councillor and Police Officer to answer any questions raised by the community council.

Minutes

The minutes of meetings are available in Port Seton Library. They are also available online in the minutes section  (January 2016 to date).
