The Social Committee propose organising an event to coincide with the above.

It is intended to hold an open day for members & friends and to advertise, inviting local residents.

Activities will include, Bowls, Tombola, Darts, etc. and many others. Refreshments will also be available and it is to be hoped all sections of the club will contribute to the success of the event.

One of the advantages to the club could be the recruitment of new members if not immediate then in the future.
