Club AGM

Hi Everyone - just a reminder that our AGM is this Wednesday at 7pm - if you cannot be there in person you can join through Zoom and the instructions to do so are shown below.

We have agreed to give members the option for this year’s AGM – either to attend in person or to join via Zoom. If you are going to join via Zoom, below are some instructions on how to join the meeting.

From your computer, you can access the zoom website at https://zoom.us/

If you are using a phone, or tablet, then you can download the zoom app from your Appstore.

Once you open up the website or the app, you want to select ‘join a meeting’ and you will be asked for a meeting ID. The ID for our meeting is 554 967 2556, and then hit join. You will then be admitted to the waiting room, and the host (Graham Gillespie) will admit you to the meeting. You can choose to have your camera on or off, and if you don’t have a camera then this is also ok, you will still be able to listen to the presentations.

To allow the meeting to operate smoothly, the host will place the members on mute for the start of the meeting, and the required speakers taken off mute when they are making their presentation. If anyone wants to ask any questions or raise any points, we would ask that you wait until the end when we will ask for questions and take the members off of mute to ask the questions.
