Allergy/intolerences

We must inform that we cannot under any circumstances guarantee that there will not be at least a trace of nuts in any of our products. We may be able to provide vegan , egg free and gluten free products please get in touch to discuss any dietry needs . 

Ordering/payment

ALL goods must be paid for at the time of ordering for postal orders or on receipt of delivery or pick up price. The upmost care will be taken to protect produce from damage during transit but some products are not suitable for mailing if in any doubt please get in touch.We do not accept any responsibility for anyone elses negligence or lack of care when handling our products during transit. If for whatever reason we are not able to fulfill an order as originally given we will promptly give a full refund. Please allow enough time for large orders two weeks ahead would be preferred but always leave contact details so that if we have to speak to you about an order we can do so as quickly as possible . We will not make changes to an order without first discussing with you, the customer first .
