About Peverel has been given access to a Peverel/Firstport management contract.
This is not the management contract a leaseholder will ever see.
Any pretence Peverel/Firstport may have of ever offering value for money is torn to shreds by the terms of the contract entered into between Mcarthy& Stone and Peverel/Firstport whilst being connected companies.
"THE MANAGING AGENT BY VIRTUE OF ITS POSITION AS MANAGING AGENT OF VARIOUS PROPERTIES MAY BE ABLE TO OBTAIN BENEFIT OF COMMISSIONS OR REBATES FROM SUPPLIERS OR SUB-CONTRACTORS, AND THAT IT MAY RETAIN FOR ITS OWN ACCOUNTS AND BENEFIT FROM SUCH COMMISSIONS OR REBATES PAID TO IT"
