Ask Janet these days goes straight to the "Bypass Janet" system - also know as Customer Service.
And now Janet has gone - pushed or jumped no-one knows - but net result she is away. Some, like Carlex, thought she might have been a good influence.

The nice thing is that they do answer the phone. However having promised to sort everything out - the usual - NOTHING HAPPENS.
So Ask Janet a Question is preumably closed or soon will be: it still remains useless. And the required responses from her first day in office still remain outstanding.
