Oblivious to a victory over Peverel/Firsport, which apart from generating a repayment of some £30,000 and wiping out claimed charges of £10,000(which Jonathan Astle has attempted to arbitarily impose) Chris Owens writes to JH that "We have always acted to correct any errors made on any development run by us"

Chris,

Would that include full refunds to every price fixed development?

Would that include insurance claims with no paper trail?

Would that include shoddy work at many developments?

Would that include any developments mentioned in any Radio 5 Live documentaries?

Would that include not telling residents that Peverel/Firstport were leaseholders of House Manager's Flats?

Would that include not declaring incentives to Area/Regional Managers who persuade residents to end the role of live in House Managers

Would that include imposing service charges on land the "supposed" freeholder did not own? (Didn't stop Peverel/Firstport taking a leaseholder to court did it?)

Would that include trying to pass on as a debt to a new property management company, charges that have already beeen struck out by a court?

Would that include sending threatening letters to honest residents, who are merely standing up for their legal rights?

In the matter of Residents V Chris Owens, how many times have the residents been proved to be telling the truth, compared to you Chris?
